Network expansion ends fantastic year for Belvoir Lettings

Belvoir Lettings, one of the UK’s largest specialist residential lettings agencies, has announced the launch of five new offices.

Ken Smith, a franchise owner with Belvoir for several years, has changed territory to launch a brand new office in Haslemere, Surrey, whilst new franchise owner Rob Price is now ready to launch Belvoir Cardiff. Both franchise owners are recruiting additional staff and hope to open for business on 5th December.

In addition, three new franchise owners have attended Belvoir’s three-week induction course in November and are set to open offices in Perth, Nuneaton & Hinckley and Derby West.

Rob Price of Belvoir Cardiff said: “My new office on Whitchurch Road in Cardiff, is in a very busy location. In the past ten years there has been continued development of Cardiff Bay and a push to attract more people to live in and around the immediate city centre. This has resulted in a large number of good quality apartments being built in very desirable locations allowing people to live and work right in the heart of Cardiff. I am looking forward to becoming fully operational and getting started in my new business.”

Ken Smith of Belvoir Haslemere said: “I have done my research and although the population is relatively small this is an area with high net worth and a diverse range of properties, from one bedroom apartments to large country houses renting for £10,000 a month. Most tenants are commuters and I think that landlords will really benefit from the service that Belvoir can provide.”

I am delighted that he has decided to expand his operation by opening up a professionally renovated, and very high quality shop frontage in Haslemere. We wish him every success for the future.
