New launches for Belvoir Lettings

Dave Roberts of Belvoir Wigan is the latest of several Belvoir franchise owners to expand his portfolio of offices. Belvoir St. Helens is due to open in September and for Dave, who joined Belvoir in 2008, this is the fulfilment of an early business goal.

“When I launched my first franchise in Wigan, it was always one of my business aims to acquire a second franchise territory,” says Dave. “The new office in St. Helens is just nine miles from my Wigan office and sits neatly in between several established Belvoir franchises including Liverpool, Prescot and Warrington so there is already brand awareness in the town.

“It will be great to apply all of the lessons learned from opening my first franchise three years ago to the opening of the St Helens office. As always, the support from Belvoir Central Office has been superb, and I am looking forward to opening for business.”

Several other Belvoir franchise owners have recently expanded their portfolio with a second or third office. Tim and Tracy Court of Belvoir Leicester Central have opened a second office in Leicester West, Harry Dhaliwal of Belvoir Manchester Central and Belvoir Chorlton and Didsbury is opening a third office in Manchester’s Media City, Pamela Schure and Colin Belton of Belvoir Cumbria and Whitehaven are opening a third office in Cumbria and Zain and Raisa Mahal of Belvoir Stratford are opening a third office in London Docklands.

In addition to the launch of second and third territories, Christopher Watkin, who joined Belvoir as head of recruitment in June 2011 confirms that several brand new Belvoir offices are due to open in the near future. He says: “The recruitment team has been extremely busy and the outlook is extremely positive.

“We are currently hosting a series of free Belvoir Discovery seminars, the first of which is in Halifax, with a further two booked for the East Midlands and North London. The seminars are proving to be hugely popular with many people already booked on to them and we look forward to welcoming anyone who is interested in discovering more about our award-winning network.”
